Project Management Workshop

Ensuring team project success

The Life Bureau offers a powerful workshop that will help members of a project team to own, focus and be committed to the project goal.  

How it Works:

This workshop uses coaching principles to set parameters and goals at the start of a project. Establishing and working through these principles will ensure a successful start to the project, with common aims and understanding amongst team members, which is the best way to ensure a successful outcome.

Who is it for?

This workshop is aimed at any group that is about to set up and manage a project, on any topic, where a high level of team member input is required. 

Participants will:

  • Establish their approach to teamwork
  • Identify team qualities and ground rules
  • Define and agree upon a clear and comprehensive project goal
  • Apply tests to the goal to establish a complete set of guidelines with which to begin the project
