Contracts of employment
Accepted offers of employment are legally binding, whether they are made orally or in writing.
Your business is required, by law, to provide all employees, working for you for 1 month or more, with a written statement of their terms and conditions of employment within 2 months of them joining you. This statement must include a number of details to be legally compliant.
Other terms and conditions can be tailored to suit your business. The Life Bureau will provide advice and support in this area to ensure you are operating within the law.
