Marcia Cave is Director of The Life Bureau; a coaching and Human Resources (HR) consultancy, based in Clapham, South-West London. 

Marcia is a coach and trainer with over 11 years Human Resources experience. She is a qualified coach, NLP Practitioner and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She also adheres to the Standards and Ethics published by the European Coaching Institute as an Associate Member.  Her background is in Human Resources Management; advising and working with managers, coaching and developing employees and individuals in her team.  Her experience includes coaching at exhibitions, developing HR policies, advising on employee relations, performance management and recruitment for small businesses and delivering training and workshops.

She provides HR advice and expertise to help businesses to understand their legal obligations as an employer and to help them to manage their staffing issues and get the best out of their staff.  Previous industry experience includes broadcasting (at the BBC), financial services and the housing and maintenance industry as well as working with a variety of small businesses.

Marcia aligns her coaching and HR experience to help her clients to identify their goals and to take action to achieve results in their work and personal lives, encouraging development and improved confidence through achievement of objectives, improved performance and helping newly promoted individuals and employees to find their focus and direction through periods of change and redundancy. Her life coaching work has made an impact by helping clients find a better work -life balance, live a healthier lifestyle, manage relationships (at work, with family or friends), improve their social lives and to find new jobs.

Marcia also coaches clients who want to re-evaluate their career and provides a range of services to help clients to make a career change with confidence or to increase their chances of securing their dream job, including tailored interview practice and CV reviews.
